Learn about Mental Health First Aid Training
Together we will explore you and what is impacting your life.
Individual therapy is all about you, your past, and how your experiences shape who you are and how you interact with others around you. Together we can navigate to create meaning and understanding and the desired change in your life. This process often allows us to uncover the hidden roots of your struggle and bring aspects of yourself into awareness. My psychodynamic approach focuses on creating a secure therapeutic relationship allowing relational patterns to be discovered and gaining a better sense of your self.
Individual Therapy
Life is tough enough on your own, let alone with family members.
Our goal in working together is to strengthen your connection with your family while healing the conflicts within the family unit. The safe environment will allow you to broach sensitive topics while deepening your connection. Through this trusting process, we will strive to create new secure bonds and relationship patterns.
Family Therapy
Unleash healing with a visit from Luigi our resident therapy dog in training.
Allowing Luigi to nestle in with you can help: alleviate feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and depression with his calm, soothing presence as he offers emotional relief. Other benefits can include stress reduction, and improved mood as you receive his unconditional love.
Interacting with a therapy dog has also been shown to lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and increase levels of oxytocin (the "love hormone"), which can reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Dog Therapy
Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves ~ C. Jung
This small group is a great opportunity to better understand yourself and to improve relationships with others. This unique opportunity provides a safe and accepting environment enabling you to be authentic so as to understand your relationship dynamics outside of the group. Part of the healing aspect of group therapy is being seen, sharing your story, and having it witnessed by others. Group members will be encouraged to be open, honest, and reflective while committing to all sessions to optimize the therapeutic benefits for everyone involved. You may be able to join one of our existing interpersonal groups if there is a spot available.
Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen ~Brene Brown

Interpersonal Group Therapy
Clinical supervision is where competence deepens, confidence grows, and therapists are supported in becoming more fully themselves.
Are you a new therapist trying to do it right - holding space for clients and yourself, doing the work, and wondering if you’re cut out for this? Overthinking sessions, feeling some imposter syndrome, or anxious about private practice.
I offer Clinical Supervision for Registered Psychotherapists, RP(Q)s, in a setting that considers you and your current needs and goals. With the CRPO in mind, I provide constructive feedback, empathic guidance, and real support to help you grow as a therapist and an individual. We’ll explore cases, boundaries, burnout, business-building, and whatever’s on your mind!
I offer individual, dyad, and group supervision, private practice support, and consultation grounded in the belief that you can be both human and an excellent therapist. My approach is inclusive, drawing from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, TIR, EFT, IFS, Sex Therapy, and attachment theory.
Supervision with me is warm, collaborative, and structured. The goal? Strengthen your skills and who you are while building a practice that suits your needs.
